Master Trainer Hideto Heshiki offers all educations for Gyrotonic^® and Gyrokinesis^®.Pre-Training are offered by Jana Bobokova, Delphine Delépine and Helga Fröhli.

It is in the same building as the Restaurant "2. Akt" and our entrance door is just to the left of the restaurant. To enter, push the door bell button, located to the right of the door.

From Paradeplatz you can reach us by a 5 minutes walk.

Tram Nr. 6, 7, 8, 13, until "Stockerstrasse"
from Bellevue:
Tram 8 until "Stockerstrasse"
from Stauffacher:
Tram 8 until "Bhf Selnau / Neue Börse"

We do not have private parking spaces.
Nearby there are ample "white parking spaces" with a maximum of 2 hrs.
