Master Trainer Hideto Heshiki offers all educations for Gyrotonic^® and Gyrokinesis^®.Pre-Training are offered by Jana Bobokova, Delphine Delépine and Helga Fröhli.

From Paradeplatz you can reach us by a 5 minutes walk.

We do not have private parking spaces.
Nearby there are ample "white parking spaces" with a maximum of 2 hrs.
